あまり、ひとりでいることがなくなったってのもありますが、
今月の決算が終わったら、ブログの更新っていうメニューを、
どこか、日々のルーティンに組み入れようと思ってますんで。。。はい
ええ～っと、GW中はのんびりと満喫してました。
買い物編では、
YAMAHAのシアターラックシステムYSP-LC4100を購入。
ブルーレイレコーダーもついでに。音に感動。
おうちが映画館になりました。
DVD、CD、IPodも再生できるので、言うなれば音版の複合機。すっきり。
あとNESPRESSOの１９気圧コーヒーメーカー「シティズ」赤を購入。味に感動。
おうちがカフェになりました。
ゴルフ編では、
いつもコンペをしている小田原ゴルフ倶楽部 松田コースの早朝プランってので
お値打ちに薄暗い4時半スタートで。
これ、1時半に起きて行くんですけど、スタート時は薄暗いんですけど、
気持ちいい！１０時には終わっているので、帰ってそのまま仕事できそぅ
バーベキュー編では、
ダ~の会社の庭で、みんなでバーベキュー。
キャンプのプロの家庭がいるので、装備や食材はばっちり！
お酒と炭火焼きBBQ、燻しもの、煮込みモノ、おいし～～♪
生後1ヶ月の赤ちゃんから犬から大人まで楽しめました。
おうち編では、
自宅の掃除やいらないものの整理、廃棄、整頓。
事務所の模様替えもして、仕事しながら目の前の緑を臨めるように。
うちのマンション、すごく緑に囲まれていて、すべての窓から緑、緑、緑！
今年の目標「身の回りをシンプルに」をどんどん実行中。
しかし、整理整頓や掃除ってのは、すんばらしい！
キモチいいし、お金もたまりそう。
ついでに、キレイに、おしゃれに、カッコよくなれ、仕事もはかどりそう。
その上、人間関係もよくなり、時間に余裕もでき、くつろげます。
こんないいことある～？
最近思うこと。
幸せってのは、非日常でなく、日常に多くあるってこと。
日常が楽しく快適になるようにしていけば、非日常へ逃避する意味もなくなる。
（後ろ向きでなく、前向きな非日常ってのも大切ですけどね。。）
年に数日の非日常に投資しても、圧倒的に日常のが多いので、
幸せでいられる（いやなものを忘れてそう思い込める）日は少ないので
平均化すれば幸せ密度がとっても薄くなる。
知識も経験も少ない若かりしときの選択に失敗が多いのなんてあたりまえ。
でも現状に満足していないのであれば、
現実逃避せずひとつづつ変えていかない限り、
何も変わらない。変えられない。
地獄のような日常から、何年もかけて時に大きく、時に少しづつ
変えていったえみーが言うんだから、
本当ですって。
