連休ですね～
きのうは、とってもひさしぶりにゴルフの練習へ。
あんまりにひさしぶりだったため、すっかり筋力の衰えを感じました 汗
（体力はあるんです。ファッション業界、体力要りますんで）
筋トレに励みます。。。今後。。。
毎朝、生ジュースを手動ジューサーでつくっているぐらいの筋トレ・・・汗
ファッション業界、秋冬ものでは８～11月中旬までは猛烈に忙しい。。。
販売業務に、仕入れ業務が加わるからです。平たく言えば、2人分働く・・・
それがやっと過ぎて、これから年内は、忙しさは普通です。
(暇には年中ならない・・・涙）
そこで、今までにできなかったことなど、いろいろ考えたり、やったり。
まずは、次の春夏シーズンの猛忙期に向けて
自分のからだについて、もうワンランクレベルアップさせたい。
栄養バランスや、筋トレ、歩くことなど自分でできることは自分で。。。
そして最近知ったからだのバランスを整える"ロルフィング"というワーク。
このロルフィングは愛知の友人がメールのやりとりでひょっこり教えてくれたモノ。
エミリアのお客さんは、美意識がとても高いので、いろんなこと知ってるし、やってます。
海外で修行中のエキスパートにメールしていただき、その人から都内と横浜のご推奨ロルファーも教えていただきました。(ゴルファーぢゃないで・・）

自分の"目"が基準です、まわりに振り回されることなく、あせりがなくなりました。
これもまた、友人たちとのやりとりの中で、えみーが友人に語りながら、
自分はどう？って自分にも語りかけたことがきっかけ。
それは、
「頭で考えるのではなくて、魂で感じる。それが正解」
(ブルース・リ～も言ってますねん）
これ、やってみると、至福です～～♪
