いつもは開店準備の手伝いだけだったが、今回は店頭で接客をやってみた。
エミリアに来るお客さんは、製造業の我々とは無縁の人々。
おしゃれで、綺麗で、ひらひらした人たちだ。
金の使い方も半端じゃない。
一枚ウン十万もする服を何枚も買っていく。
基準は、価格より自分に合うかどうからしい。
だがすべてのお客さんがお金持ちというわけでもない。
数回払いのカードローンやボーナス２回とかで買って行く人も。
カード会社からストップがかかるのはよくあることらしい。 汗
そこまでしても買いにくるお客さんにとってエミリアはどんな魅力があるのだろう。
契約社員として働きながら、給料のほとんどをおしゃれにつぎ込んでいるであろう３０代女性がこう言っていた。
エミー社長が選ぶモノを買いたいんです、エミー社長と同じのを着たいんです！
人口がそう多くない町であっても、おしゃれや新作や人と違うモノが好きな人は居る。
来店から２、３時間居るのは当たり前、２日連続でくる人も。
そういう人たちが集まる店、それに応えるカリスマ社長。
これが経営の根本だとおもう。
そして町のブティックも、町工場も基本は一緒。
どれだけ多くの人を集められるか、どれだけ多くの人に好きになってもらえるかだ。
とても新鮮な体験をした異業種なうだった。

お客さんにそんなことを言ってもらっていたなんて・・・・泣けます。。。うれし泣き

そんなことを書いてくれたことも・・・・泣けます。。。うれし泣き
日々、やっていることはささいなこと。
でも、
自分が売っているのは、服ではなく、"感動""キレイになる喜び""わくわくする興奮"
のような、目に見えないもの・・・なんです。
