バターは、えみー御用達の「おいしっくす」という宅配有機野菜で頼んだモノだ！！
リッチな時代なら、カルピスバターなんてつかっていたかもしれない。。。
そして、こだわっているのは、まず"塩"
料理の要は、塩だ！！！ｂｙ えみーのレストランの料理長えみー
たまたまおそろいのＭＵＪＩの瓶に入ったモノしかなく、袋がなかったので、
写真が撮れなかったのだが（砂糖も）
たしか、この塩は、「海水の素」というブランドで、
中国かどこかの塩田で、手塩にかけてつくられた添加物一切なしの代物だーーー！
健康おたくのえみーが、２つのルートの推奨から買ってみて、実際にうまいっっ！！
その２つのうちひとつは、健康おたくで別会社まで立ち上げてしまった
経営コンサルタントのオーソリティ、船井 幸雄氏の推薦。
でも、氏は今は、違う塩を愛用しているが。。。
（塩をお湯に溶いて、飲んでいるそうで、体調がいいらしい）
そして、砂糖は、白砂糖ではなく、三温糖。
この三温糖が、深みのあるコクが出て、料理がいっそうおいしくなる。
たまに、ブロックの黒砂糖も使うが、もっとコクと深みが出る。
以上、こだわりの材料でつくったＭＫ製のホームベーカリーの一斤あたりの単価は、
