9月1日からは、通販画面も、管理画面も見られなくなるので、
睡眠時間削りまくって、移動してました・・・
この作業が、顧客数やデータベースが多いので、死んでしまいそうでした・・・
（もっと、早くからやっておけ・・・）
2004年の4月からはじめた本店サイトですが、
過去の売り上げデータは、2005年の７月までさかのぼれた・・・（4年間分か・・・）
7月１９日の人をやっているうちに、ネームサーバが切り替わったので、
元のCMSにはアクセスできなくなった。
そうして、いろんなお客さんとのやりとりや、扱っていた過去のブランドも、
売り上げの浮き沈みも、その時代にはやっていた服や、キャンペーン、独自セレクト商品の人気、
クレーマー（文句つけてくるしとね。おいらには言わないの。（動じないので。。。あは）
弱いスタッフを狙うのだ）の存在も、
楽しかったことや、つらかったこと、興奮したこと、感動したことなど
いろんな思い出がよみがえってきた。
今後に使えるヒントも盛りだくさんで、
ほとんどの顧客管理をスタッフまかせにしておいたえみーは、
とてもとても勉強になりました・・・
多くのお客さんに楽しんでもらえていて、買っていただいていて、
うちの高価で個性的な服や小物を愛している日本でもおしゃれの達人クラスな方々の
期待を裏切ってはいけないと思った次第であります。。。
現場を離れ、顧客管理や売り上げ管理から離れると、
いろんなことが見えなくなるな～～～と、過去にさかのぼって反省したのでありました。
あ、今、めちゃめちゃ把握してますから！ひとりなので！
顧客全員の趣味志向、サイズや体型の悩みや好みまで・・・・たまには恋バナまでもｗ
で、9月です。
